We tend to think that stress, depression, hypertension, cancer and many other diseases today destroy's our health. Although these have the ability to do so so does our thinking. What you think about you bring about. Your thoughts can literally heal you or kill you. One negative thought usually leads to another and next thing you know your mind is overwhelmed with negative thoughts. These thoughts in turn can harm your emotional and physical health which then turns into stress. Negative thoughts are toxic and effects your body in every way. Change your thought process today.
